  • Please include in your application *$40.00 for North American applicants or **$150.00 for international (overseas) applicants.

  • Covenant of Community Life
    Providence College values quality community life. To this end, each student is expected to agree to and uphold the Covenant of Community Life. Be sure to read through and understand this covenant before submitting your application! 
     
  • Residence
    If you are planning to live on campus you will need to enclose your $75.00 deposit.

*Please note: If you apply for the Fall Semester after June 1 or for the Winter Semester after October 1, the application fee increases to $60.00.

**Please note: International Students should allow between 3-6 months (depending on the country) to make an application and acquire a Canada Study Permit. The waiting time will vary depending on what country you are applying from.

Things To Remember

We want to process your application as quickly as possible. Here’s a checklist of important things to remember for completing your application packet.

  1. Remember to review the Application Checklist to ensure you've completed your application correctly.
     
  2. Remember to attach two recent wallet-size photos of yourself.
     
  3. Complete the Application Package and return it to us. 
     
  4. Include your application fee: *$40.00 application fee for those living in North America. **$150.00 (CDN) application fee for those living overseas (international students). Cheques may be written to Providence College. 
     
  5. Write the essay (typewritten required) and enclose it with the application.
     
  6. Complete the Residence Application (if you choose to live in residence). Don't forget to include your $75.00 deposit!
     
  7. Review the policies and regulations of Providence College as found in the  Student Handbook.
     
  8. Give the two reference forms to an appropriate person.
  9. Request an official transcript of your grades from your high school and any post-secondary institutions you have attended. Your school must send the transcript directly to Providence.
