The Intercultural Studies program provides an historical, theoretical, and theological introduction to concepts of culture and intercultural relationships. You will study intercultural trends such as nationalism, revolution, secularism, and urbanization. You will learn to listen to others and see situations from many perspectives while working on problems that arise in our rapidly changing world. Will I get any intercultural experience while studying?Yes! For the first time, Providence has implemented an Intercultural Service Learning trip as part of the Intercultural Studies program.
