Study Hard + Play Hard = Prepare for Life
Athletics is a big part of life at Providence--and Business students join in that life. That's not always easy. You can't win games with half effort. And the courses in Business aren't a cakewalk either. But, at Providence, we don't just pile on the expectations and leave you to sort them out.
The people in our Athletics and Academic programs work closely together to make sure our students can achieve excellence in both in both areas, if they put in the time and effort. We make sure practice, game and travel schedules fit with assignment and exam requirements. We make sure you have the study supports you need.
That doesn't mean we won't demand a lot of you (trust us, we will). But it does mean, if you put in the effort, you can rise to meet those demands.

|
And sports at Providence goes well beyond varsity. Almost every student is involved in athletics in one form or another, including an annual flag football match, an 18-hole disc golf course, and an attractive exercise facility.
And that's not even counting DanceDanceRevolution.
