Conference Menu Choices

Breakfast – (Choice of One)

1. Continental Breakfast – A selection of fresh baked pastries and breads, fresh cut fruits, assortment of yogurts and cereals, fruit juices, coffee and tea. 
2. Traditional Breakfast - A selection of fresh baked pastries, fresh cut fruit, assorted cereals, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, oven roast potatoes, fruit juices, coffee and tea.

Lunch – (Choice of One)

1. Sandwich Express - A selection of deli meats and breads made to order, assorted toppings, soup of the day, and choice of tossed salad, Caesar salad, or spinach salad. 
2. Pasta Fresca – A tasty variety of pasta and sauces accompanied by garlic bread sticks and Caesar salad. 
3. Pizza Buffet – Delicious pizzas’ with a choice of toppings and served with a full salad bar. 
4. Oriental Asian Stir-fry – Favorite stir-fry’s served with chow mein or fried rice, Asian coleslaw, and Consommé Soup. 
5. Southwestern – Taco salads, fajitas, Mexican rice, Aztec Corn, nachos, salsa, and sour cream.

Dessert (Choice of One)

All prices include one appetizer, one entrée, one vegetable, one potato or rice, dinner rolls and butter, coffee and tea, soda fountain, and choice of dessert.
 

Out Door BBQ

At Providence, we are able to host a great out door BBQ to take advantage of the country surroundings. The menu for the BBQ consists of hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixings, assorted salads, ice cold watermelon, and assorted cookies for dessert (add $2.00)

These are just a sampling of the more popular choices that we have available. If there is something that you would like but don’t see, please don’t hesitate to enquire further. Prices are subject to GST & PST. Prices are subject to change without notice and are based on buffet service. Prices are set per person with 40 people minimum.

Conference Platters and Coffee Breaks

For an additional cost, conference platters and coffee breaks can be arranged to fit your event schedule. Listed is a variety of options. Please feel free to make a special request if you would prefer something that is not on this list. (Pricing is per person unless otherwise specified.)

Coffee Breaks and Evening Snacks

1. Coffee, tea and juice $1.75
2. Assorted cookies $1.50
3. Assorted squares $1.50
4. Fruit and yogurt dip platter $2.25
5. Veggie and dip platter $2.25

 The menu has been designed to offer a wide variety of meal choices. If there are any requests regarding food items not on the menu, please feel free to inquire about their availability. We would be happy to customize a menu for you.

• In order to provide a pleasant dining experience for you and your guests, we would appreciate being notified of any special dietary needs or sensitivities or allergies to food products when the menu plan is submitted.
• The menu plan must be completed no less than two weeks prior to the event. The conference coordinator must be notified of expected guest attendance at least 1 week  prior to date of the event.
• Sodexo Services are the exclusive providers of all food and beverage items catered on the Providence University College campus.
• A cancellation fee may apply if orders are cancelled without sufficient notice.
• Children Pricing - 0-4 Free/5-12 half price.
