Providence Fitness Centre

 "To Provide the Providence Community with a quality fitness option on campus and promote health and wellness."

The Providence Athletics Department is extremely proud of this 2500 sq/ft facility. It is membership based and is open to students, staff, faculty, and the community.

The Fitness Centre provides:  

• Over 40 pieces of Commercial Grade Cardio and Strength  equipment
   
• An inviting atmosphere for the pursuit of fitness goals 
   
• Treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, and recumbent bikes
   
• Extensive assortment of strength equipment
   
• Free weights
   
• A 480 sq/ft private Aerobics area (for Aerobic sessions, stretching, core exercises) 
   
• Additional: exercise mats, exercise balls, weight scale, complimentary workout programs & sheets, and 2 flatscreen TVs for entertainment
